Brian is a technology transactions lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience counseling clients in Silicon Valley. Brian was the General Counsel of Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN), a speech recognition technology company, and he practiced in the technology transactions and M&A groups at Wilson Sonsini and O'Melveny & Myers.
